Spinal Flow Technique (SFT) is a healing modality that focuses on releasing blockages in the spine accumulated through emotional, physical, and chemical trauma on the body and restoring the Life Force Energy along the spine.
Emotional trauma includes life events like grief, abuse, loss, depression, anxiety, worry, negative overthinking, etc. Physical trauma includes sports injuries, car accidents, falls, surgical procedures, etc.
Chemical trauma includes exposure to toxins, environmental pollutants, diet, alcohol, legal & illegal drugs, etc.
SFT has effectively healed people with a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, digestive issues, reproductive issues, anxiety, depression, mystery illnesses, and sleep issues.
SFT is a gentle, safe, energy-based technique that applies the practitioner's soft touch to the access points along the spine and cranium. The technique aims to release stored tension and facilitate the body's natural healing process. SFT releases the blockages to promote the body's Life Force Energy to flow. When the practitioner is on the access points, it sends signals to the brain to release the blockages. The result is a clear pathway from the brain to the spinal cord and nervous system, which sends the message to heal. By releasing spinal blockages, the technique aims to optimize the nervous system's function, supporting the body's ability to adapt and heal from past traumas.
Childhood trauma takes the longest due to being with us the longest. Some people react quickly, whereas others may need more time for their bodies to release the blockages.
Our body has an innate intelligence to heal itself called the “Life Force.” Still, our lifestyle has disrupted the healing process, and we’re not taught to allow our body the necessary protocol to go through a tragic event and healthily release mental and physical emotions. SFT incorporates chiropractic science, kinesiology, and energy healing. The practitioner will apply a “matching touch” to the access points, and your body's “Life Force” does the rest.
What to expect on your first visit: You’ll be asked to wear loose-fit clothing so the practitioner can make easier contact with the access points at the base of your spine called the sacrum. An assessment will be done after a brief questionnaire. You’ll then lie face down on a massage table. If you can’t, adjustments will be made. The practitioner will then gently and firmly touch the access points. It’s recommended to commit to 12 sessions. Depending on your needs and goals, you can commit to once, twice, or three sessions a week. This modality works with your body, not against it. So it’s a natural, safe technique. After 12 sessions, another assessment will be done to track your progress. During this time, you’ll feel a difference mentally and physically. The results are subtle yet powerful.
